Sally Rapp is owner of Rapp Payroll Solutions in downtown Kirkwood, Missouri . After years of corporate accounting, payroll sales, benefit and Human Resource administration sales, she decided to open her own payroll processing company to give a unique approach to payroll servicing.  Sally’s employment as an Investment Wholesaler of retirement plans, helps her to identify areas of improvement in client’s reporting and Fiduciary administrative responsibilities and the impact on other company benefit offerings.    Sally understands that software is only the beginning of all the true benefits of a payroll service!  

Sally is involved in Tapestry Network, St Louis CBL, BNI and was awarded the President’s volunteer award.  She was a facilitator for 3 years for her Parish in adult bible study education and held the longest tenure of 7 consecutive years as a PRS (Public School Of Religion) teacher, in her Parish.  Sally lives in the Demund Area of St. Louis and is the mother of 3 grown children, Kate, Brian and Kevin.  She is engaged to be married next year to Mark Becker.
