Steve gleans from his 25 years of business experience to help his clients at Schneider Industries manage their companys' surplus assets, including equipment and real estate.
For 6 years, Steve co-owned and operated a coal mine in western Missouri, managing 35 employees, securing sales contracts, purchasing equipment and overseeing all the accounting of the business.
Steve was the owner of a 2300-acre cattle ranch in southeast Missouri where he purchased 500 head of cattle throughout Missouri and Arkansas. He managed every aspect of the cattle ranch operation including all equipment purchasing, maintenance and sales.
He owned and operated a large alfalfa hay farm in Grants Pass Oregon, which included developing and implementing sales strategy for identifying new customers.
Steve has analyzed, studied, and invested private money into various small businesses, public companies and real estate, focusing on public companies that were entering bankruptcy, determining if there was any value. As a real estate agent of 17 years, Steve has bought and sold commercial properties, multifamily units and raw land.
Steve worked as an Advancement Associate at Westminster Christian Academy where he was part of a team that was responsible for raising seventy two million dollars. The team secured the raising of 50 million dollars for the building of a new high school campus that was completed in 2012.
As a board member, Steve serves on the board of directors for Faith That Works, a non profit that works with the underprivileged in the US and Ethiopia.
In the sports arena, Steve was a first team all American basketball player for the University of Missouri and a 1983 first round draft choice of the Indiana Pacers (2nd player picked overall) of the NBA. In recent years, Steve has been a high school varsity basketball coach.
Steve is also a sought after motivational speaker, and most importantly has been married to Terri for 26 years and is father to 6 Children.
